Disinfection and sterilization of dental instrument is of the utmost importance due to the possibility of transmission of infectious diseases.

CLEANING
The instruments must be sanitized after each use.
Do away with the dirt with a disposable paper towel.
Soak the instruments completely in warm water, or an enzyme solution, and leave them soaking for twenty minutes.
Scrub carefully with a soft bristle brush.
Rinse for at least three minutes with water.
Place in ultrasound in a solution of detergent in water at 40º C at least for ten minutes
Rinse with distilled water until all residues are eliminated from the solution.
Dry carefully with a clean cloth and/or compressed air.

Sterilization
Instruments which are provided are not sterilized and must be sterilized before use.
Sterilization must be done on the date of the procedure.
We recommend sterilization to be done following ISO 11134 guidelines.
