Presentation and Packing
Our system of implants has been designed with the goal of providing professionals with a comprehensive, flexible, and efficient solution for prosthetic restoration. We use the highest quality standards, together with state-of-the-art technology, which results in dental implants of excellent quality.
The selection of raw materials, titanium grade 4 for implants and titanium grade 4 and 5 for prosthetic components, must comply with the standards required by national and international regulations. Titanium's biocompatibility is excellent: this, together with its bone integration and its mechanical properties, make it an adequate metal to be used in dental implants, prosthetics, and other medical products.
The design of our implants allows for easy insertion, which minimizes tissue damage and accelerates the implantation process. Dental implants are presented in external, internal, and trilobular connection with a wide range of lengths and diameters, so that the best option can be selected.
To achieve fast bone integration we perform a superficial treatment which combines three stages: blasting, acid treatment, and thermal treatment. These generate a surface with excellent results, proven experimentally and in professional practice.
The system of implants is complemented with an extensive variety of prosthetic elements, depending on each patient's needs. The connection area is compatible with available prosthetic and tool solutions
The packaging has been designed to avoid possible contaminations, and to allow for easier unpacking and handling on the part of the professionals. It guarantees the preservation of the product, from sterilization to usage in the medical practice. The measurements and surface of the implant packed are indicated on the label, and it is color-coded according to its diameter. Instructions are found on the main pack: there we can find all the implant information so that the procedure can be documented.
